STAFF APPRECIATION DAYS
We started our staff appreciation days, where one day per month staff get the opportunity to drop in whether working or not and come for something to eat and a catch up.
They are proving to be a big success and lots of fun.
Some staff comments:
thank you for making these staff appreciation days possible and for all the efforts you put in to thank us. If not for you ladies we would not have the joys and wonderful work and learning opportunities, a HUGE heart felt thank you.

Showing tons of appreciation would never be enough for the favours that you do for us, we will keep your kindness always in our heart. Thank you Emma, Vicki and Beatris for extending your hands whenever we need that. Thank you for having us today x

MANAGER DROP IN SESSIONS
Our Manager Emma once a month has a managers clinic where one day is set aside for staff to drop in and discuss any issues or concerns with her. Staff have found it really helpful to speak with her face to face.

Welcome to the Different Care Family
Our highly qualified team of care specialists have changed the meaning of home care, over a year of planning and organisation went into building Different Care to ensure we started our journey with the needs of the service users at the center of everything we do and every decision we make. Receiving support from a member of the Different Care team guarantees you the best quality of life available to you, a truly person centered care approach and above all, a friend with your best interests at heart. We pride ourselves on our morals, ethics and a business model that prioritises the service users well being, rather than the income they generate, it's these ideals that make us the only truly not for profit, person centered care provider.
