WE OFFER A FULL RANGE OF BESPOKE SERVICES WITHIN THE COMFORT OF YOUR LOVED ONES HOME.

Our personal dementia care services are individually tailored to meet our clients specific needs.  At Different Care, honouring your loved ones uniqueness is embedded into every stage of the service we will provide.  Their needs will be  discussed fully during a CONFIDENTIAL ASSESSMENT which can and will involve family members, if the client so requests. A care plan is then formulated that pays attention to, and values the needs of your loved one.  A service that meets their own understanding of their needs and helps to give them a feeling of being in control and of a feeling of wellbeing.  Their care plan is then communicated to their care team to deliver the quality of care your loved one deserves.
